I just dropped my truck off for repairs after having transmission trouble on 495. The staff was extremely friendly and I worked with Fred who was an expert on transmissions. He explained the problem in simple terms I could understand and laid out several options as to how to handle the repair. So far I am very happy with this AAMCO.

My experience was superior. Joseph the customer service rep is an outstanding representative to this company. He is ideal for customer service giving suggestions to the customer on what is needed at the best possible price. I've definitely found my repair shop, honest professional staff that know what they're doing. Deal with Joseph, he won't steer you wrong.
I looked around for a spot to get work done to my car and this spot had 4.5/5 stars. I understand why. Most places you go to, at least my experience, the people are terrible almost like they made a mistake in there choice in career and they take it out on the customers. But these guys are extremely nice and they are really helpful. They let me know and I knew that my oil was pretty dirty because of how long I let it go and they mentioned that it'll be ready the next day but I had to be at my office at work by 7am and they rushed to make sure I got it back the same day. Don't seem money hungry at all. The whole process was as smooth as butter. It always sucks to leave with a bill but there customer service makes it hurt a bit less. Thank you so much. Will be back for any other auto services in the future.
The staff at AAMCO in Alexandria diagnosed and repaired my car’s transmission fluid leaks quickly. Plus the price was fair. Will return for future repair needs.
I brought my car in with some AC issues, made an appointment over the phone, got in the next day, the staff were very nice and quick! I was only there for a little over an hour and left with a working AC. Thank you guys! I will definitely come back if I have any other car issues in the future.
